Went out and got a new Router today because been suspecting that the old one is about ready to die on me and WoW :Shocked!: what a BIG difference with my speeds!!! 

Went to BestBuy and picked me up one of these...



NETGEAR - N600 AV Dual Band Wireless-N Router with Gigabit and USB


Paired with my fairly new Modem...



Motorola - SURFboard eXtreme Broadband Cable Modem

...and I went from an average speed of 20 MBps to this...

That's the one...WNDR37AV,  So  far I have not dropped any connections on any games yet woot!

... so Freak, did up upgrade the firmware on yours to the latest one....it did tell me on setup that there was a newer firmware available but to complete the setup first.

I've been running "out of the box" all weekend so far with no hitches and speeds are still mid 30's  wOot!!!!!

Yea, Be very careful of the firmware. They seem pretty screwed up on it. They released a new firmware 1.0.6.98 a couple of weeks ago that the DHCP would not work, They since have pulled that. I have found  version 1.0.4.68 NA  or  1.0.4.75NA is the most stable. both have there little qwerks about them but does not affect the running or speeds.

Now 1.0.4.75NA is a beta that was released accidentally on there site a while ago that was pulled but it is floating out there on the net alot of people have had the best luck with that.  I have it if you want it. PM me or hit me up on TS. that is the one I am running right now. 

What version do you have in there from factory? i would guess 1.0.4.68
